Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PodSafe mobile application ("PodSafe", "the App", "the Service"), provided by PodSafe Ltd (company number 17209828) ("PodSafe Ltd", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using PodSafe, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

PodSafe lets you discover and listen to podcasts while using on-device speech analysis to detect profanity and produce safety ratings and clean audio variants. All audio processing happens locally on your device.

Subscriptions & Purchases

PodSafe offers a free tier and optional paid upgrades ("PodSafe Pro"), including auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through the Apple App Store and billed by Apple. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancelling does not affect access already paid for — PodSafe continues to provide the subscribed service for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

Third-Party Content

PodSafe provides access to podcasts and related information made available by third-party publishers and content creators, including through publicly available podcast feeds.

Podcast titles, descriptions, artwork, audio, trademarks and other associated content remain the property of their respective owners. PodSafe does not claim ownership of third-party podcast content.

The inclusion of a podcast within PodSafe does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation between PodSafe Ltd and the podcast publisher, creator or rights holder.

Any content analysis, classifications, safety information or other annotations provided by PodSafe are generated by PodSafe and do not necessarily reflect the views of the original publisher or creator.

If you are a rights holder and believe content accessible through PodSafe infringes your rights or should not be available through the service, please contact us at support@podsafe.ai.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Profanity detection and safety ratings are generated automatically and may not catch every instance of explicit content, nor guarantee complete accuracy. PodSafe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
